Belgarum Estate Agents are seeking candidates for their 2019 charity campaign.

Belgarum Letting Agent achieves property qualification of excellence

Belgarum Estate Agents are pleased to announce their partnership with The Joe Glover Trust for 2017!

It was announced on Wednesday 23rd November in The Chancellor of the Exchequer’s autumn statement that the government has taken the decision to declare their plans to dissolve tenant fees.

Belgarum Estate Agents undertook the daunting and somewhat difficult task of continually moving a Cross Trainer for 24 hours!

So the Belgarum Fundraising team have faced a number of challenges this year when trying to create the ultimate fundraising challenge to support our elected Charity of the Year, Key Changes Music Therapy.

Well what an event that was! A fantastic evening, filled with fabulous food, drink and of course Fireworks!

It has been reported that the buy-to-let market in the UK is on the up, after the recent rumblings in the property market, credited to a number of economic and political factors, this spells good news for the UK.

We know that it is only October and that we haven’t even got to Bonfire night yet, however we know that Christmas creeps up on us all of a sudden. So, if you would like to be in a new home before the festive season is upon us, now is the time to be making plans for your next move.

Each year the staff at Belgarum Estate Agent elect a charity to become the charity of the year. This decision is made by staff and the vote firmly went to local charity Key Changes Music Therapy.

Our community is important to us because it is exactly that, our community. As most of our staff are residents in Winchester and the surrounding villages we are always looking for ways to make a difference where we can in our community.

As an industry I think that we need to shape up and start calling a spade a spade. The fact is that the majority of deals "go wrong" through no fault of the agent, but because one or the other of the two principals involved (i.e. the seller and the buyer) simply change their minds for one reason or another!

Belgarum had a great 2015 in terms of business accomplishments, achieving their best ever figures to date, but also in terms of the voluntary and fundraising contributions and commitment made by staff for their 2015 Charity of the Year, Trinity Winchester.

We feel that it is absolutely scandalous that in this day and age some letting agents still don't have any proper arrangements in place to protect client monies. You would think that someone, somewhere should be doing something about this?
