John was excellent throughout the duration of my campaign. He was professional, informative and supportive. My sale was challenging as family was involved. John went the extra mile to ensure things ran as smoothly as possible. Often dealing directly with family to get the process moving.
Belgarum ran one Saturday viewing, 2 offers came from it and they drove one purchaser over the line. I was delighted. I had wanted a swift sale and Belgarum delivered.
I was then passed onto the Sales Progressor Harriet O'Brien who is an asset to Belgarum and excellent at her job. Harriet tackled many difficult situations on my behalf and shielded me from some tensions. The whole process was extremely challenging for Harriet to guide and she did it with diplomacy and professionalism. I truly believe I would not have been able to achieve it without her.
I personally did not like the multiple sale agent contact I had when viewings were being arranged. Just me I expect, I'm old school and prefer 1:1 communication to get the task completed. Harriet provided that so my personal preference was restored.
