Meet The Team

A career estate agent, our Managing Director John started in the profession after leaving Peter Symonds VI form college in 1995 and worked for several national and local agencies before starting the sales side of Belgarum in 2003. Living in the city with his wife and two sons, John is a past chairman of Winchester Round Table and sits on the board of a local not for profit Housing Association.

Alex joined us from a large corporate firm, shortly after Belgarum was established. After being made Director in 2009 he has helped to grow and develop the company into what it is today. Living in Cheriton with his family, he enjoys having easy access to Winchester city balanced with the relaxed pace of village life.
