A career estate agent, our Managing Director John started in the profession after leaving Peter Symonds VI form college in 1995 and worked for several national and local agencies before starting the sales side of Belgarum in 2003. Living in the city with his wife and two sons, John is a past chairman of Winchester Round Table and sits on the board of a local not for profit Housing Association. John’s favourite coffee is a flat white from Green’s Bar and Kitchen.
