Jane manages our building - she is professional, responsive and lovely to deal with. Problems are rectified swiftly. AGM meetings are harmonious, productive and positive (I have had very bad experiences in previous properties). The communication was exceptional; I received frequent, detailed updates and at no point was left wondering what the current status was. Vicky, Alex and team constantly pushed the process along to avoid any delays.
