Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our experience of selling a family home through Belgarum was a positive one from start to finish. The initial pricing was credible generating considerable interest, eventually resulting in a sale being concluded. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and I can only recommend Belgarum as a very good place to market a property in Winchester. Special thanks are due to Seanne, Vicky and Alexandra and the rest of their team.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jane manages our building - she is professional, responsive and lovely to deal with. Problems are rectified swiftly. AGM meetings are harmonious, productive and positive (I have had very bad experiences in previous properties). We had a man come in recently and Chantelle reacted with such kindness and concern and she did not rest until she had investigated it. I am very happy with Belgarum Property Managament.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The team at Belgarum have looked after my rental property for the past 18 years and have always been the utmost professionals and a delight to work with. Unfortunately my circumstances changed and I have now sold the property again through Belgarum and again their professionalism and swift reactions to questions has made a potentially stressful situation go very smoothly in a somewhat challenging housing market.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I both bought and sold through Belgarum and recommend them without reservation. The communication was exceptional; I received frequent, detailed updates and at no point was left wondering what the current status was. Vicky, Alex and team constantly pushed the process along to avoid any delays. Also, they gave me excellent recommendations for local tradespeople to handle some minor works, which saved time and stress. Belgarum provided a very professional service in all areas.

Here to carpe diem, on your behalf

It’s not having legions of For Sale or To Let signs that makes Belgarum conspicuous. It’s the quieter legacy of Sold signs and signed contracts, and the consensus of repeat business.

Your life can be on hold during a property deal. You don’t need to remain in stasis any longer than necessary, all the while providing free advertising. And then have to drop your price to a more rational sum to attract enquiries. By being candid from the outset, recommending sensible, well-considered pricing, the whole process of buying, selling, letting and renting is accelerated and significantly more respectful of everyone’s time. That’s our M.O., our vocation and our commitment to you, as Winchester’s independent estate and letting agents.
