Having joined Belgarum in 2024 as junior lettings negotiator, Jack is enjoying learning all about the ever changing lettings world from Dan and the team. Jack joined as part of the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme and has been working towards a Level 3 qualification in Housing and Property Management, he completed his first year in agency in the Southampton market and is on track to finish the qualification by the end of 2025. Jack’s favourite road so far is Culver Road in the Cathedral Streets and he loves working in Winchester city!
