Meet The Team
Having cut her teeth as a sales agent in London for the past four years, latterly in Canary Wharf, Alexandra has recently moved home to Hampshire to continue her career with us in Winchester. Having attended St. Swithun's School and Peter Symond's Sixth Form College, she is very pleased to be in her home town and is looking forward to getting back to Winchester life, revisiting favourite old haunts as well as finding some new ones!
Having worked in the industry for around 5 years prior, Paul joined the team in 2014. Ex Saints player Paul lives in Fulflood with his family and enjoys visiting National Trust properties across the country. He also volunteers as a football coach for Winchester Youth Football club, helping manage the under 7s Winchester Youth Team.
Having begun her property career in 2009, Seanne worked in a variety of roles in this sector before joining Belgarum in early 2015. She likes to spend her time exploring the variety of cafes and bars Winchester has to offer and especially enjoys seeking out the best cocktails in the city.
Having worked in the property industry for over 10 years, Harriet has been with us for 4 of those. Her role in the team is invaluable, guiding our clients through the sale process, overcoming the obstacles that can arise on this exciting but sometimes precarious journey. She loves the number of walks and runs the city has to offer and can otherwise be found at the local Farmers' Market or sampling local gins!
Zoe has recently joined Belgarum bringing with her an abundance of administrative skills. She will become an integral part of our Sales team. Zoe likes to exercise and takes regular advantage of the runs that the Winchester countryside has to offer.
Isabel works as our weekend viewings assistant; as a Winchester local she has a great knowledge of the city. She loves to bake and the team are very lucky to have sampled some of the fruits of her labour.
Jenny has been with us for 6 years, working across both our sales and lettings offices, and recently moving into a marketing role. She loves Winchester’s unique events like the Hat Fair and bonfire night procession; which help make the city such a special place to live.
